We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Daals furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bed frames
- Mattresses
- All upholstered furniture including:
- Sofas (boucle, buttoned, corner, curved)
- Armchairs
- Accent chairs
Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Ship to:

Important: For standard returns (non-defective items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
Exchange Process
