At Daals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your contemporary furniture purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bed frames, mattresses, and upholstered furniture (including all sofas, armchairs, and accent chairs) unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (for defective/damaged items)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. Ship the package to:

Note: For standard returns (non-defective items), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
